We all know that you can use the award-winning Defence Bank app to send money, pay bills and check balances, but here are some less well-known ways you can use the app to manage your everyday banking, save time and send feedback.
Hey Siri.
Can’t be bothered logging on? Use Siri to check your account balances. Simply ask, ‘Hey Siri, what are my Defence Bank account balances?’
Quick Balance.
Save time and view the balance of a nominated account without logging on to the Defence Bank app. This is an optional feature that you can turn off and on.
Tax ready.
When it comes to tax time, easily see your interest earned on your savings account for the current and previous years within Account Information.
Secure messaging.
Securely message Defence Bank within the app.
Update contact details.
Update your address and contact details through the app.
Give feedback.
Want to give us some feedback on the app, suggest a feature you’d like to see or tell us that something is not working using our App Feedback feature.
Have you downloaded our app?
To use the app, simply download it from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your member number and Online Banking password. You’ll then be prompted to create a four-digit app PIN, making logging-in convenient.
