eStatements are electronic versions of your account statements you can access anytime via Defence Bank Online Banking or our banking app.

Why switch to eStatements?

• You can view them securely in Online Banking, wherever you are.
• They are convenient and paper-free.
• You’ll be notified by email when new eStatements are available.
• You’ll be able to view statements online from the time you register for eStatements onwards.

Register for eStatements.

Registering for eStatements is quick and easy and can be done via Online Banking or through our banking app.

Online Banking.

1. Login to Online Banking. If you’re not registered yet, you can get started with Online Banking here.
2. Select 'Settings' and then 'Manage eCommunications'.
3. Follow the prompts to register for eStatements.

App.

1. Login to the Defence Bank app.
2. Select 'Manage Accounts' and then 'Manage eStatement's.
3. Follow the prompts to register for eStatements.
