On 1 June 2021, Australia’s Defence Bank will launch a special-edition AF100 Visa Debit card design to commemorate the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) as they celebrate their 100th year of service to Australia.
Temporary increase in contactless payment limits extended to March 2021.
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Defence Bank will extend the temporarily increased contactless limit of $200 without a PIN until March 2021 to help reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Read more here.

Changes to interest rates.
Following the RBA interest rate announcement the following changes to interest rates will apply. These changes are effective Tuesday 17 November.
