We’re pleased to announce that our upgraded app, Defence Bank Mobile, is now available via Google Play and the App Store. If you’re already using our Mobile Banking App, all the existing features you are familiar with are still available but with a fresh new look!

To utilise Defence Bank Mobile you will need to have an Android device running Android 4.0 software or later or an iOS (Apple) device running iOS7 or later.
How to upgrade?
Android users: Visit your Google Play account, check for app updates and follow the prompts to update.
iOS users: Please download and install the app as the App Store is treating this upgrade a new app. Search for “Defence Bank Mobile” in the App Store and follow the prompts to download. The previous version of the app is no longer supported via the App Store so please ensure that you’ve downloaded the new app to maintain access.
In addition to the new look, we’ve also implemented some new features to make access on the go easier. You won’t need to enter your online banking password anymore – this has been replaced with 4-digit PIN accessibility. This will maintain the same high level of security but makes accessing your account information much quicker.
If you’re an iOS user with Touch ID fingerprint capability, you can also use this to access the app.
Please note that if you set up 4-digit PIN accessibility prior to upgrading the app in Google Play or the App Store you will need to set this up again after you have downloaded the update.
